daxford Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 Big things happening y'all! I am moving from Kennesaw, GA to Auburn, AL this summer. What are good places to fish for bass in the area? I am gonna continue to hold a GA fishing license in addition to an AL license, so that broadens my horizons. Also, I'm investing in a nice fishing kayak so I can cover some water. Lakes Harding, and Martin look like the closest big bodies of water. There also seem to be a lot of small lakes and ponds in the Auburn/Opelika area. I know nothing about those bodies of water. Any suggestions about fishing the area, the bodies of water, and/or tackle would be hugely appreciated! Cheers Quote
Mr. MustBnice Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Chambers county lake is good sometimes. A lot of 5-7 lbs caught from the dock. I'm with Riverdale police department right past Atlanta air port. Good bank fishinh too if you dont have a boat 1 Quote
Topher89 Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Chambers County is a good lake. Its actually my favorite. Lee county lake can be good at times just small. 1 Quote
