Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 25, 2018 Global Moderator Posted February 25, 2018 Nice fish! You're tougher than I am to be dressed like that in 35* degree weather! Quote
evo2s197 Posted February 25, 2018 Author Posted February 25, 2018 Thanks, I'm wearing under armour cold gear under everything, helps alot if it's not too cold outside. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted February 25, 2018 Super User Posted February 25, 2018 Nice Fatty ~ Congrats btw - Cold Gear is Good Stuff - wore it for years and still do on occasion. But if you not tried it, Columbia Omniheat is a bit better. It's thinner, does not possess the 'compression' factor, Reflects body heat, Highly breathable, Reduces your need for bulky layers, Wicks moisture to keep you dry and comfortable and is just as warm if not warmer. PECo Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 In what part of the country are you? I caught my first Connecticut largemouth bass of the year, yesterday, but the surface water temperature was only 42 degrees and your fish could have eaten mine: 1 hour ago, A-Jay said: btw - Cold Gear is Good Stuff - wore it for years and still do on occasion. I live in California, the only thing I don't like about the base layers is if your wearing a jacket, you get too hot, then you take it off and your a little cold. I just kept the jacket off, because I was running and gunning with a Lipless and the jacket I brought that day was a little too bulky for my liking made casting awkward. Quote
