Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 17, 2018 Global Moderator Posted February 17, 2018 Good luck! I'm excited for my first trip to a non powerplant lake of the year this week! Will probably be tough as well, but a change of scenery will be nice. 1 Quote

Super User Oregon Native Posted February 18, 2018 Author Super User Posted February 18, 2018 Well......I sure slept in late this morning....sheesh. (8:00) Anyway we only had five boats ....lots of cancellations. Day started beautiful...no wind...no rain...water was muddy and the main river current was hauling...OMG. It took 26# to win!!! (wish I had pic...sorry) He had an 11 and an 8 in the last two hours!! Second had around 15# I believe and then there was third....me....with my one fish. (6#) I learned a lot...had many short strikes...had three beautiful (big) drum...other than the one that took my Jackel jerk bait...sadness. Was still a beautiful day with good friends. Oh...did it rain....yes....it absolutely poured in the afternoon.....but I stayed dry....new r passed....whooohoooo. 6 Quote
Global Moderator TnRiver46 Posted February 19, 2018 Global Moderator Posted February 19, 2018 Excellent catch! 26 lbs can sometimes land you in 15th place on chickamauga! But sometimes 15 lbs can win 2 Quote
