Yep, Jack is a great guy. It's nice to have a great local tackle shop without fighting Branson traffic to get to bps.

I like Pline, but was not a fan of Fluoroclear.

Lately I've been fishing Hi Seas flouro coated copolymer and have really been liking it. Great abrasion resistance and manageable. Used it on spinning and casting from 8lb for shakyheads to 15lb for jigs and bladed jigs, along with 10 for jerks and cranks. It's held up great for all of them.

Does the HI-Seas Grand Slam float or sink?

It would sink because it is a fluo.

It's flourocarbon coated, so it sinks very slowly.

Yes, great stuff

I went to a Wal-Mart and they didn’t have the High Sea’s at all?

Every Walmart carries different items. If there is another one close to you they might. I run into that a lot where I live.

I have never used Fluoroclear but I have a buddy that does and I'm not sure why he keeps using it.  It breaks a lot on him and he's never had good results with it.  I'm a huge fan of P-line though and use CX Premium religiously.

Well I am glad to report that I hit 5 or 6 Wal-Marts with no luck trying to find the High Sea’s! Then my last Wal-Mart and there it was!!!! I saved on shipping!

I dunno, where did you end up ? The cost of gas running around may have been more than the shipping.

Did you try bps on the landing ?

Yes they don’t carry High Sea’s!! I was up in Wisconsin for 10 days and hit 3 Wal-Mats and Branson store and Branson west with no luck! But the Wal- Mart on Bee Creek had it!
