Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 15, 2018 Global Moderator Posted February 15, 2018 The wind is my deciding factor a majority of the time. It's almost always blowing here, so fishing into it is the best way to cover water effectively. If given a choice, I'd probably fish to my left. 1 Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted February 15, 2018 Super User Posted February 15, 2018 It depends on the wind, and the structure or cover I am fishing at the time. 1 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted February 15, 2018 Super User Posted February 15, 2018 Last year on a BASS tournament I heard KVD ask spectator boats that were following if they would give him room to fish a bank . He said he preferred to fish off that one side . i dont remember what side it was . 1 Quote

Great for boat control but man did I hit that thing with sidearm casts........ My coach for the bass team told me about a time when a fellow fisherman hit his sonar with a jig. I wonder what the most diplomatic way is to tell someone they owe you $5000? 1 Quote

There are plenty of times when there are three of us in the boat and I'm in the middle. I'm pretty versatile when it comes to casting. I try to avoid the middle if I can but with 3 people someone has to do it. It irks me but us non boaters have to go with the flow and adapt. Quote

Beggars can't be choosers so I'm do it because I'm just happy to be there. I have no issue volunteering. 2 Quote
