Super User Oregon Native Posted February 9, 2018 Super User Posted February 9, 2018 Yesterday there was actually two boats on the lake....gosh...haven't seen this in quite a while during the week. I am learning to post pic's so here's a couple more...was a beautiful day and we saw more bald eagles than we did crows....amazing and beautiful. Day started off cold but actually had the warm stuff off by three when the temps jumped into the high 40's. Have gone to the black nitrite gloves in 5 mil. My friend is now a believer off these now too. Was an awesome day and here's a couple pics. 13 Quote

BassNJake Posted February 12, 2018 Posted February 12, 2018 Nice fish!! Norris is a mud puddle too. Although it is up 10 feet since last week. Saw lots of birds near the hump out in front of Palmers Junction when coming across the 33 bridge. Been working some OT so didn't get to go out. Quote

Super User Oregon Native Posted February 14, 2018 Author Super User Posted February 14, 2018 Well I went yesterday to my winter time private lake. Gosh....was very muddy but sure beat doing other stuff. Was actually a very nice day with good company. Water temp was 48 and even saw some fish jumping. Once again boat ramp was empty until came in and saw this one other boat pulling out. He said he got two small keepers. We had one small one and a keep. Soooo peaceful. 1 Quote
Super User Oregon Native Posted February 16, 2018 Author Super User Posted February 16, 2018 Well...it's happening...air temps are going up (60's)....water temps are going up (low 50's)....also had five....yes five boats at the ramp when pulling out yesterday.....sadness...winter is ending I think. Fishing....well...fishing was good...tough with all the high wind and muddy water but was a nice day with a good friend with some catching. Quote
