Super User Bassn Blvd Posted July 8, 2007 Super User Posted July 8, 2007 Does anyones hair stand up on the back of their neck when trailering their boat to the lake in heavy traffic. I was on my to an evening tournament that started at 6pm. I was enroute during rush hour traffic plus it was raining. Man, I had a major pucker factor everytime I stopped for a traffic light thinking someone on the phone not paying attention was going to eat my motor. Quote
GLADES Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 Yea, I am always perturbed when the tail gaiting idiots are following so closely on the highway that it seems like their car hood is under the tilted outboard lower unit. Quote
RobDar Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 I worry more on those early morning trips out to tournaments...when the raods are free and open...and the idiots are leaving the 4 am bars. in the last 2 years 3 guys in our club have been smacked by drunk drivers...one of them d**n near killed. that scares me more than heavy traffic.
