I leave the baits in the retail packages, and those go into a tall 3700 size box.

I remove the dividers from my 3700 boxes. If the bag of plastics still won’t fit then I do a little customization on the box.

I use the same binders as this and will say that they are awesome. I can fit way more into it than advertised and they are inexpensive online.

For in the boat I really like the Berkley soft bait binders, I can sort binders by type of plastic and keep them in closed bags or the original bags to keep the scent fresh. I use a lot of powerbaits and I’ve tried them in boxes in the past and they seem to lose some of their “stank” over time.

I have several different binders and can grab whichever one I need for a certain lake or if in the smaller boat just grab whatever I need for that outing.

I keep them in a compartment in my boat, but keep them in the original bags and put them in gallon ziplocs with labels. Separate them into bags of worms, swimbaits, dropshot plastics, creature baits and tubes.

This is the box I use on the boat.  I take all of the horizontal dividers out of the top compartment and can put a lot of 5" Senko's in various colors separate from each other.  I use the 2nd compartment (underneath) for different size Senko's.  With that being said, it would be too big for either shore or wade fishing.  I would go with the original bags in a binder.

I use vertically divided 3600 Plano boxes for plastics.

Each box has 6 sections with one box each for swim baits, sticks and creatures.

Others are divided horizontally labeled for jigs, trebled top water, cranks, traps/jerks, frogs.

I use one 3700 size box for all terminal tackle.

The dang bag must weigh 30 lbs ?

Original bags, seperated into gallon ziplocs. Senkos, flipping, craws, trailers, worms, etc in a duffle bag in back box of boat.  I then keep senkos, flipping baits, and a "go to" bag of my favorites and confidence or hot plastics in the front locker or in my tackle bag if i go somewhere else.
