We've soared all the way to 12 (feels like 4). Supposed to be all the way up to 32 today, the first time it's got up to freezing in over a week.

It isn't the flame sensor is it?

This morning when I got up it was -34c outside, with the wind we’re getting right now, it’s only supposed to “warm up” to -22 with a -45 windchill. Just another day in “paradise”.

No it’s The inducer motor. The bearings are shot.

Bummer. I have a temporary fix for the flame sensor but not the inducer motor. Good luck in your search.

Unfortunately, drugs or no drugs, my brain always thinks like this. I'm just popping Advil. Just used the script to help me fall asleep on Wednesday and Thursday. Would rather not take them unless absolutely necessary.

Warmed up to a balmy -20c this afternoon so the kid and I went out for a bit of shovelling and “fresh air”. We have over 2’ of snow now

( normal for here), so we made a sweet fort!

Suppose to be in the 40s tomorrow, but it will take more than a day to get the ice off the water.

It's not so much the temp. as the windchill. -17 today. -23 tonight and tomorrow.
