Abu replaced it no questions. I closed my tailgate on another Veritas and even though it was not warrantiable (SP?), they sold me a replacement at a steep discount. Great customer service. I just had one snap at the tip and I wasn’t sure if it was even worth emailing customer service about it until I read your post. Did you just email them directly about it? Quote

Did you just email them directly about it? It's been over a year since I dealt with AG CS, but I highly recommend calling them.....or any Pure Fishing CS. You could go back and forth for weeks emailing different people on the same issue. Quote
Black Hawk Basser Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 I cannot speak to the quality of the Veritas, but I have a 7' medium Veracity spinning rod, and it had two guides break off, and the tip broke about 8" down. The hook keeper also started to get loose in the epoxy. I don't think I was being overly rough on it, I think it had to have been poor quality control and weak components. I didn't bother to mess with customer service; I just replaced the guides myself, put a tip on, and now I have a 6'4" medium heavy rod. Quote
