DINK WHISPERER Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 If you're referring to the Denny Brauer reel, I had the original one years ago. Loved that thing but it was heavy! I want the newest version so bad but left hand isn't available yet and I don't like that it only comes in 6.5:1 ratio either. I like an 8 ratio for flipping and pitching. 1 Quote

DINK WHISPERER Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 I've only tried the flippin one and the Apex Elite. Both were very well built. I think Ardent is pretty overlooked by anglers. I was told by CS that a lefty would be available this month. Still not sure about that gear ratio though. Quote
