Super User Angry John Posted January 1, 2018 Super User Posted January 1, 2018 So many of us are older and hate the low quality garbage video's that are out there and would enjoy killing the winter watching only the high quality stuff that we may learn something useful. I have a few channels that i follow for different reasons. I have watched the kids fish and they are not my style. Here are the ones i really enjoy. #1 Bassresource This is my favorite channel and i have been watching it for years. It covers just about everything. This is a site and a youtube channel. #2 Keeping it real fishing, this is a youtube channel and a guy from NJ does a great job on his reviews and i like that he compares like products. His glide bait review was very helpful and he fishes out of a canoe and i relate a lot as i fish out of a very close vessel. There is little to no hype and i feel he is very truthful and is not looking to make money or get sponsored. These are my two favorite and as i find more i will add them. There is enough quality content to keep you busy for hours. 1
RHuff Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Lake Fork Guy does well... Any of Scott Martin’s videos.. Don’t forget our guy here Glenn 2
nascar2428 Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Lake fork guy, bass resource, and tackle advisors for that inside look of reels and lures. 1
Tim Kelly Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 I enjoy smallmouthcrush and "fish the moment" currently. All three manage to have good content without the massive sell out that most of the other channels have become. Brian Latimer's channel is enjoyable too, he seems like a nice guy, as does Joe holland.

I enjoyed watching him share from his perspective.
GrumpyOlPhartte Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 What these guys said! I would personally add The Informative Fisherman although if I have to watch one more ad for the RC boat that lets you fish from shore by remote control, I think I’m gonna hurl chunks! (Personally, I’d love to see an eight-pound LMB grab the bait suspended from one of those and drag it to the bottom while the owner stands on the shore helplessly crying over his lost investment!). But the content of his videos is pretty comprehensive and, to me, was very helpful as I got back into the sport. But “that being said,” @Glenn is a lot purtier ... and is just as informative!! (Anyone who’s watched an IF VID recognizes the catch phrase just mentioned. LOL!) And, being from the north, I’ve enjoyed the series from KeepinItReelFishin. 1

Tlauz Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 If you want great smallmouth action and some fabulous topwater all in a kayak, NDYakAngler is the best I've seen. I don't kayak fish and I have watched his stuff over and over. He has one largemouth frog episode that is unbelievable.
Bent Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 This is just the thread I needed today, it is 17 below right now. If you're looking for action packed highlight reels BamaBass is worth a look for the topwater blow-up videos, the rest of their content hasn't really grabbed my attention like other channels so I can't speak to the quality of the information.
Super User soflabasser Posted January 1, 2018 Super User Posted January 1, 2018 Any Youtube channel that is honest, doesn't try to sell me something, and does not overhype a catch.

It's no nonsense and he catches some nice fish. I like youtubefishingvids also, he doesn't put out a whole lot of content and its pretty decent stuff. 2
RMax Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Um, why has no one mentioned UncutAngling yet? In my opinion, he has the best videos of anyone. 1
Super User fishwizzard Posted January 1, 2018 Super User Posted January 1, 2018 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrQAtakEbQa-YZ6zmESV92w Enjoy Fishing Channel. It is all in japanese and focuses more on BFS trout fishing, but the videos are beautifully shot and the guy is a casting wizard.
Dtrombly Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Love LFG and Glenn as well. Been with Jon B since the beginning. Still mostly enjoy his videos but I loved his channel when it was more teaching oriented rather than vlog style. I like AP too.
DINK WHISPERER Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Mikey Ballz fishing and Scott Martin for me.
WI_Angler1989 Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, I didn't read through everything, but ndyakangler is an awesome channel. He's a (mainly) river kayak fisherman who targets smallmouth. There are a few LM vids and some stray pike and musky too. Easily my favorite channel. He's not just another gear review enthusiast, or purely technical and educational. If you wanna watch a dude who knows his waters, catches tons of smallies.... he's your guy. 2

CroakHunter Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Alex Rudd fishing. Fishes East Tennessee. Ben Nowak Fishes lake huron etc. Great channels
DropShotHotShot Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Check out Josh Douglas and Seth feider's webinars. All information, no hooksets. Especially good for us in North Country.
Mumbly Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 I will watch just about anything fishing related. A lot of the Japanese video's are great and fun to watch. I will admit that I don't care for video's with loud music. Much rather just have the natural sounds. I also like a lot of what has already been mentioned. NDYakAngler, smallmouthcrush...etc. So much content out there and its fantastic. Some great youtube content from members here as well. @Bluebasser86has a great youtube channel with 267 video's currently. I enjoy watching his vids a lot. You can even see his dog every once in a while and also watch him fall out of his boat. I also enjoy @A-Jayvideo's. Some great stuff on there. 1

Another great channel with some very entertaining content. He seems to be producing less films though recently.
Super User NYWayfarer Posted January 2, 2018 Super User Posted January 2, 2018 I like a lot of YouTube channels, some of my favorites that people here would probably like: Scott Martin Lake Fork Guy Catfish and Carp Ike Live And some most would despise: Onerod onereel fishing Extreme Philly Fishing Jon B Alex Peric Lunkers TV Realistic Fishing First State Fishing I find most of these videos better than the stuff that passes for entertainment these days on cable. 1
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted January 2, 2018 BassResource.com Administrator Posted January 2, 2018 Ok, let's just say every single channel is awesome and be done with it. Moving on....
