DropShotHotShot Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 I recently picked up two hero 5 blacks. I am not impressed with the limited functionality of GoPro Quick. Looking for suggestions for a free to moderate cost program that people like. Would be nice to have music included, and easy slow motion. Also, any filming / editing advice is welcome Quote
Super User Deleted account Posted December 30, 2017 Super User Posted December 30, 2017 Oh goodie! Just what the world needs, more country music on a Walmart challenge video.... How about a van life vs tiny home video with some blue grass next?... Or better yet, the Plopper is the greatest lure ever with some Kenny G... 1 Quote

Mostly memories for my daughter. Not trying to fill youtube. Quote

It's on sale right now for $70 Quote
pondbassin101 Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 (edited) If you're looking to just add music and such I would suggest Wondershare Filmora. It's a very simple and easy to use program, editing couldn't be any simpler. The free version does exports videos with a watermark but there's an easy workaround. My 0.02 cents. Edit- The less advisable route is to get a cracked copy of a professional program (vegas, ADP, etc) , though I do not recommend or endorse it. Edited December 31, 2017 by pondbassin101 Quote

DropShotHotShot Posted January 8, 2018 Author Posted January 8, 2018 They had a sale on a bundle of photoshop and premier elements 2018 for $99 so I purchased it. Used it to edit some Christmas footage and am very happy so far Quote
All Day Fishing Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 If you have a MacBook iMovie is free and surprisingly a great program to edit videos, especially for beginners! Quote
Russ E Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 i just use windows movie maker. If you have windows 10 or higher, you have to download it, but it is free. Quote
