So far 2 of them have been let out of the bag. Should be available about March. A new ryoga 1016 and the sv light. Which seems to be a special edition (Tn limited) ss sv with 32mm air spool.

Yep...that 1016H Royga looks really nice!  Any word on prices?  The SV Light looks like a tuned version of the SS SV105.

I am curious to see what happens to the prices on the old Royga 1016s and the SV variant they came out with a few years ago. They are both still around $300-400 on ebay.

Hmmm dont see the T-WING on these

Yes, very interesting...considering it's been so bragged upon.  My guess is their R&D and user feedback has changed the stance? And I'm not hating - I own two Tatula Type R 100XS.

The T-Wing requires a higher and wider frame, which is not what they're going for on this reel. That's my guess why this reel doesn't have it.

If Diawa didn't believe in the Twing, then the Steez wouldn't have it.

The new steez does have Twing and is apparently more comfortable and palmable than the old TDX reels which everyone holds up as the gold standard form!

Think they were referring to TD-Z reels (unless you're talking Air Metal JDM TD-X reels).  And yes, I read that too about the comfort factor of the new Steez.  I have only held one but never fished it.  It seems like a really nice reel!
