No connections on either end. Any idea what it’s for? It's my understanding that it's for a speedometer.   3 hours ago, ratman said: Looks like 2019 model is $2000 more, for stuff I dont want.Do not like fishfinders.  I saw that yesterday, the Bass Tracker Classic they are calling it. Waiting to see the exact specs.   Quote
ratman Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Just noticed on jaimes new video that there seems to be an aluminum plate between top bolts on transom.Dont remember mine having that. Quote
Bolar Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Ha, Tracker still doesn't have the '19 Heritage listed on their web site, and on their Facebook page they show a glimpse of the boat, then you can sign up for more info. Jamieastin has the jump on them. Nice .  For me, I'm ahead with the '18 model. I don't fish anyplace that is big enough I need two gas tanks. Time wise, I'm always on my trolling motor. Those fish finders won't help me anymore than what I have. The lakes I fish are too shallow to see any fish below me. Something with side scan would be what I'm looking for. I got my spare for around $100, not that big of a deal and a lot cheaper than what BPS/Tracker wants .  The stainless prop on the other hand is nice. My aluminum prop looks a little worse for wear. It had a rough rookie season. I'm glad Tracker is still building the Heritage. We should have no problem getting parts during our warranty period. It will be interesting to see how well they sell with the price increase .  1 Quote
Happybeerbuzz Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 So, I was one of the last to order my 40th Anniversary Tracker so I didn't get it until October. As I recall, when I went to pick it up the dealer took me through the final walk through. During the walk through of the 40HP Mercury, they made the recommendation about a special first service they offer for new motors after so many hours. I feel like it was after 20 hours of operation at a cost of about $300ish, but don't quote me on that. Did anyone else get this recommendation? If so, did anyone follow through with it? Thoughts?  Quote

ratman Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 Look's like bass tracker classic is pretty much same boat with gray carpet and seats, and 50hp for $10,995.Different graphics of course, black and red I think.Cool boat but 50hp only gets you 3mph faster. 1 Quote
Big Rick Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 You'll be surprised how long it takes to actually get 20 motor hours on a boat. Quote

You don't run the engine nearly as long as it seems.  Hope that clarifies, slonezp.  ? 1 Quote

Probably less about beefing it up and more about displacing the force Quote
