I'll admit it - I'm waiting on someone else to try first

I'm on a FB forum for the Heritage and it has been done even though Tracker said it would hit the cross supports. It was a little off center of what I think is the power plug. No drain plugged was installed from my understanding.

I would love to see pics of that install

lol I’m still in break in period. The engine seems smooth. I’m impressed with this boat. Got a couple compliments already. Oh and it was a three hour drive for me to get there and the hubcaps remained!

Nothing major. The seats are noisy when swiveling. I figure I’ll add a little wd40 to them and that should silence them.

Took it for the first time in its stock configuration. Did the break in for a couple hours and just did some delta exploring. Ran awesome. I cant wait to get my fish-finder put on with navigation. The California delta is vast and you can get turned around pretty easy without knowing it. The stock hull numbers bass pro put on have got to go. I purchased some orange and black ones in advance. I honestly didn't know I would already have a number when picking the boat up. Now I wait for the gift card. Wonder how long it will take for that email?

Gone Fiahin Marine in Dixon had my number on the boat at pickup as well.  I just got my plates last week, so it took almost two months to get them.  The gift card was sent by email in two weeks.  I had my VIP same day as pickup.

I haven't taken mine to the delta yet. Just been fishing San Pablo and berryessa.  I live just as close to it... Maybe tomorrow.  Been thinking of taking it to grizzly island.

I was at berryessa and I have our seen one other heritage out with me.  We need to do a meet up like I do with the various cars i have/owned.  It was always fun.  Maybe we make a heritage bass tournament that is onky for heritage owners.  We could have chapters and all... I will have to get with the Facebook group.

Has anyone had a problem with the front pedestal seat bracket coming loose? My back pedestal seat has through bolts holding it in place, while the front has no visible attachment visible from the bottom when you look inside the storage compartment. Do you guys have bolts visible for the front pedestal mount inside the storage compartment? BPS says there is a panel they can take off to tighten it up. I don't see how that panel, but I'm taking it in tomorrow to see what they can do.

Not me so far. Let us know what they find. I'm just happy I have my hub caps after 7 hours total of driving.

I have no issues with mine.  I didn't see any where to adjust the see either.  I will check mine again.  I upgraded my front seat to a power post and butt seat.  I lean on it and have no issues at with it coming loose.

Good lucK!

I must say my visit to BPS was the best experience I have had when getting service done. The issue with my front pedestal mount was that the factory forgot the 2 screws on the passenger side of the bracket. With the bracket being under the carpet I worked with the technician and decided that I wanted to "through" bolt it going through the plywood decking and the aluminum under it to make sure it would stay secure. When taking out the 2 screws that the factory had installed it became evident that they used blind captive nuts on the underside of the plywood to screw into. I had the technician drill out the captive nuts and use through bolts on all of the mounting holes. With the countersunk machine screws that we used, the carpet is thick enough that it does a good job covering the screw heads. They also ordered the hubcaps that I lost. All in all a good day. The BPS in Pearland, Tx gets my vote for giving great service.

I would post this on the web site of the bass pro you had this work performed at as well.

So I went out yesterday, our first 80o day.  It was windy, 20mph, gust 25+.  The trolling motor did fine into the wind.   I was definitely set on max speed and made decent progress.  Although I saw some people who might get on plane with their trolling motors.

I was wondering about the recessed trolling motor peddle boxes.  There are a lot of videos how to install, but few about after the fact.  Are the peddles fastened into the box?  I don't think mine would stay not screwed down.  It doesn't even want to sit straight on center of the boat with my foot on it, because of the stiffness of the cable.  I was wondering about those boxes that are plastic and if the peddle is screwed down, how long before that pulls away with the constant tension?

I only got a couple of small bass.  It looks like we fell from winter right to summer :sun-003:.

It's crazy, 90 here today! I don't think spring is a season anymore.

I haven't been able to find a way to post a review, but I did send the Boating Sales Manager a copy of what I have posted on this forum.
