Any video game players?

Yea my wife and I play a decent amount.  I also play Madden ALOT.  You should check out fishing planet, i think you can still get it free from PS plus.

I have it and I play it regularly.  I've played every Call of Duty edition that has been released the past decade.  I started playing with my roommates in college and been doing it ever since.  I grew up playing video games so its only natural that I'm still a gamer.

For Christmas we got the family the Ferrari steering wheel/pedals for the Forza game, its awesome, very addictive.

Definitely not as into gaming as I was when I was a teenager, but I still play some games. I have an Xbox One and right now I’m playing NBA 2K17, and I also Play GTA V online a lot. Anytime a Fallout game comes out, I’ll put some serious hours into that. By far my favorite game series. 

I also love playing Madden with my buddies, and it gets down right intense sometimes.

Ok. So I’m guilty of enjoying my PlayStation 3. This morning the temp is -2 with a windchill factor of -18; however, it’s supposed to reach a balmy 0 today.  I have quite a few games but my favorites are:

 

Destiny

Fallout 3

Borderlands (series)

Oblivion (Elder Scrolls V)

 

All my reels have been cleaned and lubed - pinion gear in one has been replaced, lures have been sorted, hooks checked, and some replacement stuff ordered; and (because I like to tinker) I’ve ordered a couple of sets of ceramic bearings which I am going to install just to see how they affect my “economy” reels’ performance. And my mind is whirling with all the info I’ve read and viewed on finesse fishing and jig fishing. Right now I couldn’t choose a line (or line/leader combination) for my new finesse rod and reel if I had to so that’s on hold for the moment.

 

So that leaves reading and my video games! And I’m not feeling guilty at all! After all, I gotta keep my reactions and dexterity up to par for spring!!

Last winter to pass the time I got a PS4. Play Battlefield 1. Just last week at the recommendation of one of the BR threads I downloaded fishing planet.

I don't have a console system, but I buy my home computers with a few games in mind.  The desktop system I'm typing on right now is a 6 core AMD with 16gb ram and 4gb nVidia graphics. 

 

I first got into Call of Duty when the original game was released.  I played Links 2003 golf online with several friends, here in the US and others in Europe and Australia.  We played almost every Saturday night for a few years.  They got me into Call of Duty when it came out, and I've bought almost every one since then.  I currently have:  Call of Duty 1 and 2 with the United Offensive expansion; World at War; Callo f Duty 4: Modern Warfare; Modern Warfare 2;  Modern Warfare 3; Black Ops II (I have Black Ops I, but it always crashes at some point.  Turns out that it does that on virtually every PC anyone has ever tried to run it on, and it never did get fixed).  Planning to get the newest WWII release someday soon.

 

I don't play any of them online any more, since at 71, I'm too old and slow to compete with a bunch of twitchy kids.

I was big into Atari when it first came out. I still have it with most of the games. For Christmas my misses got me a hand held Atari. It’s so neat to play it again.
