Any video game players?

I've never been much of a video gamer. I'll play MLB, Madden, and NHL and that's it. But I finally decided to upgrade to a PS4 and I got the system with the Call of Duty WWII edition and I've gotten hooked on this game. Are there any other basser's out there playing?

I play Company of Heroes on my PC a lot and used to play World of Warships but that game requires too much patience for me.  I'd rush in with my destroyer and get the barnacles blown off of me. 

 

I don't have a PS2, 3, or 4.

Ah, no. You and my 10-year old grandson have a lot in common though.... 

 

(I used to play a lot about 15 years ago when my son was younger.  He had a PS2 and I got completely addicted to Max Payne and Max Payne 2. Oooh, and Tiger Woods Golf? Don't get me started!!!!)

From time to time I play. I tend to get hooked like you said for about a week on a game and then not touch it for a month or two. Nice to have when your sick or satelite tv goes out though

I don't play very often anymore. When I do play, on an XBOX 360, I like to play the Splinter Cell series by Tom Clancy and the Hitman series. Also MLB and Madden. I'd rather be fishing though.

I used to be a gamer on both computer and console.

 

I have been game free for 5 years and don't miss it. Unfortunately my son picked up where I left off.

not much anymore i used to be a decent counter strike player but kinda of fell out of it since i started playing baseball again

I spent my childhood destroying about 4 or 5 of those. 

I remember saving my allowance to buy extra 9 volt batteries to keep playing.

Still got an old x- box and a few games. Got so good at EA sports mlb baseball that the computer rarely beat me so it wasnt a challenge anymore. And their Ncaa college football.  Love that one and got so good I would try to handicap myself so it would keep it interesting. 

My favorite of all games though was the computer game Civil war generals 2. The field of play were very authentic maps of the real battlefields. Even took washington once. ( with the South )?.  I Dont play it anymore since my computers been broke for years and I havent replaced it.

I think I’ve still got one of those floating around somewhere. When you look at the technology and games out there now, in my youth I coulda saved a small fortune in quarters between pinball and video games....

I remember many years ago when golf was just getting popular on the computer and computers were those big things that took up a whole desk.  Anyway...a friend and I were going fishing the next day so he came over the night before as it was going to be a long drive the next day.  We started playing this new golf game and we finally said it's time to wrap it up and catch a couple hours of sleep.  Well....turned off the lights in the room and it never got dark!!!  We had played all night and into the next day.   #@!$.....the end of games for me.

I remember Mattel Classic Football! You would have your player sit still and when the opposing team closed in, you could just run around them to score.

The '90's decade is pretty much a blur...I lost a dozen years of my life to PC FPS's....Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake, Thief, Duke Nukem, Descent, Half-Life, Counterstrike....and countless hours to Ghost Recon

You should try Fallout 4, get the game of the year edition that comes with all the DLC already. Also love the WWE Wrestling games, and Rory McIlroy PGA Golf. But i've been hooked on Fallout 4 about two years now with its open world maps and different factions and ways to beat it...

The racing was my favorite. Racing is still my game preference.

Computer gamer, back in the day i was way more into it. Although just picked up again playing Diablo3 on computer.

 

Used to dominate on Diablo 2, counter strike, warcraft 2&3, world of warcraft.
