No problem, I think everyone knows that it was no fault of your own that you weren't able to participate.

Sorry I've been lazy getting things back out. I will get everything divided out and sent out next week.

Guys I really do apologize about doing a horrible job getting everything back out to everyone. I tried to get everything rounded up this morning but due to my lack of organization, poor memory, and the site not wanting to open on my phone, I wasn't sure who sent what and didn't want anyone to get surprised when they opened a package containing the baits that they made. I'm on a computer at work now so I'm going to make a list of who made what, who gets what, and who lives where. If I have any questions, you'll have  PM waiting for you, and I will do my best to have everything in the mail headed your way Friday morning.

Everyone's baits are on their way except for nighthawks, I didn't realize the label was ups, closest store is 45 minutes away unless I can get my wife to drop it off when she goes to work Monday, then I'll take it with me to work and drop it off when I go back on Wednesday.

I ended up sending everyone's extras back to them. There was no good way to decide how to divide the extras and who should get what and who would like what. Hopefully that decision doesn't upset anyone but when there was 5 participants, and 3 extras from everyone, it was just impossible for my simple mind to come up with a good plan other than just sending them back.

I got the package at the post office when I got home yesterday.  I've been on a 2 week fishing vacation.

Thanks Blue for all of your work and thanks guys for the baits.  They are definitely baits that I don't have in my arsenal.  Blue you should have kept the "overstock" as commission for your work on this project.

Please post some photos of everyone's lures!  I think many of us are interested in seeing what all of you created.

Really liked your chatterbait bluebasser. Unfortunately, i managed to snag it on the 5th cast and had to break it off. Pretty sure i coulda pulled it out but i was using a reel with a pretty wimpy drag. Really bummed me out as i saw it drawing some seerious northern action in the little stream that i kill them in. Those colors and that vibration i think would get them going in the next month.Thats the only thing ive been able to try. I’ll post pics as i get a chance to use everything. Hopefully i dont lose anymore of these gems

That big hook is great until it grabs a hold of something other than a fish.

It's an Eagle Claw 2706. They're nasty sharp and very strong.

Wanted to see how everyone did on the lures for the swap. Unfortunately I was only able to try out one of the bladed jigs since fishing was very limited this year.

I think I caught fish on pretty much everything that I got. I know I caught fish on the plastics, jerkbait, hair jigs, and skirted jigs for sure.

I plan on trying the hair jigs out over the new year holiday myself.

I managed to catch alittle walleye on the jerkbait before burying in a rock down by the dam. That thing had an awesome action i was pretty ticked. Lost the bladed jig testing it out. Did have some luck with the plastics. Just didnt really have much time to fish hard this year and when i did get to go i found myself grabbing my old standbys because time was limited hopefully i can plain around with some of the skirted jigs more this year there was a black one in there with a fine cut skirt that should get bit hard

I had luck with all the plastics and the jerkbait is to pretty to fish with.  Bladed jig worked well and looked great, I didnt have much time on the water this past season so I didnt get to test the jigs out to their fullest but they look dang awesome.

I think we should do this again soon! It was so much fun.
