LOL!!!

I've been thinking about trying an elephant. Been looking at lots of pictures from different angles. Looks like it could be very complicated, but I wont know if I don't try....lol.

I'm going to tie some jigs....pour some egg sinkers and make some lure retrievers, (halfway done)  make some ned hooks weedless with a larger hook.

Hootie, wood carving is an art that fascinates me.

 

To take a block of wood and carve it into a figure or a bass bait takes a lot of talent.

 

I tried it once but I have a problem "seeing what it should be" and my efforts were fruitless.

 

Post some more pics of your carvings and hopefully the guys and gals will post pics of their creations.

Very nice, we bought our son a couple nice woodcarving knives, book and some wood for Christmas hoping to start him on hobby of wood carving, he went back to school but has outline of backscratcher coming along.
