jbmaine Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 Hi all, Not sure if this is considered "Tackle" but I'll give it a try. I'm in the market for a folding net to use in a smaller boat. I'd like something that will collapse and fit in a storage locker when not in use. Does anyone use a net like that and if so which one. So far the only one I've looked at is the one from Cabela's @ around $ 80. Thanks Jim Quote

I had one that wasn't rubberized like this one and I kept having to cut hooks out of it. So make sure you get one that has a rubberized net material. Quote

If you don't always have someone to man the net the leverage net is a must have. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted November 22, 2017 Global Moderator Posted November 22, 2017 I have one from Academy that works well. I can deploy it with 1 hand while fighting a fish. Quote
Super User soflabasser Posted November 24, 2017 Super User Posted November 24, 2017 I recently purchased a Frabill collapsible net while on vacation and it has served its purpose very well. It fits in my luggage or the back of my car and has helped me land several big bass with ease. Quote
