Super User Oregon Native Posted November 12, 2017 Super User Posted November 12, 2017 Hopefully there's a good club in the area where you can meet people also. Quote
Alan Reed Posted November 12, 2017 Posted November 12, 2017 Welcome, you will find lots of useful information on the site. Don’t be afraid to reach out to one of the clubs in the area to meet people. Another option is to get a fishing kayak. I know there are several people up in that area that do kayak tournaments. Quote
Global Moderator Mike L Posted November 13, 2017 Global Moderator Posted November 13, 2017 Hello and Welcome! There is no bettter way not only to be successful as a co angler but as fisherman than to "Work, Listen, Learn". A lot of folks here who fish tournaments do so from a boat which if I was a lot younger I would be too, but you certainly don't need one. Believe it or not there are advantages to being a co angler as long as you have the right frame of mind going in, and never lose it. Take it from someone who has been called a "professional co angler"...Never lose that attitude! If you keep working, listening and learning you can't help but to be successful. I wish you the best of luck. Mike Quote
