Dorado Posted November 10, 2017 Posted November 10, 2017 Planning on taking the kayak out this weekend. Going to try for the first time drop shotting some SK Bitsy Tubes (pumpkin with GF and copper watermelon). Thinking of nose hooking these finesse tubes with a small drop shot hook. Any pointers before I try this new technique? Quote
Super User WRB Posted November 10, 2017 Super User Posted November 10, 2017 One of the 1st drop shot popular soft plastics was a smoke Gitzit and overlooked today. You can also slide a 4" smoke curl worm inside the tube and nose hook it. Tom 1 Quote
Super User Angry John Posted November 10, 2017 Super User Posted November 10, 2017 I did this with some 2.75 inch tubes and they worked well on smaller bass. Little larger profile and i just worked it back to me slowly. I did best on watermelon purple in Washington were the water is supper clear. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Dry_Creek_275_Drop_Shot_Tube_10pk/descpage-DCDST.html 1 Quote

Super User fishwizzard Posted November 11, 2017 Super User Posted November 11, 2017 I just bought a small pile of tiny tubes with an eye for drop shoting them for panfish and crappie. Quote
