Super User J Francho Posted October 11, 2022 Super User Posted October 11, 2022 I skated transition for three hours on Sunday.  I was able to push certain tricks that I have on lock much easier. Better height, longer grinds, and overall sense of confidence. While my legs were totally shot yesterday morning, by the afternoon I'd almost fully recovered. I'll take it. This is how I approach it quite often. There are certain things in life that I need to do to help relieve stress and moving/lifting weights is one of them.  Racquetball is another. Slamming the ball as hard as I can against the front wall is a route of stress release for me. Been wearing the (red) 5 lb ankle weights during many sessions the past few months. Today I was back in the (black) 10 lb deals. Felt like it was time.
