This mornings training included

Decline DB Bench Press,

Overhead Shoulder Press,

Triceps Pushdown

and finished with a modified leaning press.

Pull Day tomorrow

I'd rather be fishing, instead did . . . . . 

Partial Dead Lift ~ Body Weight Pull Up

Bent Over DB Row ~ Cable Curl

Off Day tomorrow and I have no problem admitting that I need it.

Feeling my age a bit after this one.

After my scheduled day off yesterday ~ Hit legs/abs today.

Step Back Lunge ~ Leg Extension

Leg Curl ~ One Leg Calf Raise

Finished up with an Ab Medley

Dumbbell Overhead Shoulder Press ~

Triceps Cable Kickback ~

Modified Leaning Press ~

At least until open water.

After that, the home gym tends to get a little lonely.

3 working set all for 8 Reps each; well mostly.

Your discipline and dedication is truly impressive sir. I will admit I've been very lazy about working out...but I have been very good about sticking to my eating habit lifestyle change. I allow myself 1 cheat day a week the other 6 I'm very strict about what I'm putting in my body. Since Christmas I've lost 22lbs.
