Busted this one out in a timely manner.

Skipped the core work and traded it for Snow removal.

Haven’t decided which one I prefer yet . . . .

Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.

We either get bitter or get better.

It’s that simple.

We either take what has been dealt to us and allow it to make us a better,

or we allow it to tear us down.

The choice does not belong to fate, it belongs to us.

On the list of things that last,

a barbell has got to be near the top.

Getting a little stronger but a little smoother too.

Seems to always be the way.

Inner peace begins the moment we choose not to allow another person or event to control our emotions.

Choices

Some we regret.

Some we're proud of.

Some will haunt us forever.

In the end, we are

what we chose to be.

No Fishing for me ~ 2 months  . . . . . .

But I will be in the gym first thing in the morning.

Good Luck tomorrow, during both endeavors.

Beast Mode!

In much less impressive news, I switched to a standing desk at work so I am ready to stand for hours in a few months when it is boat season again...

My end goal with all of this is to be fit for life; my life.

So I can not say what may be right for you and your life, my training 'program' is built & designed to do just that.

I do not usually have a need to, hopping a fence can be a little tricky depending on it's height & design, one's own agility & confidence and perhaps if you're being chased my a Rapid dog or not.

At just over 5'7" and 165 lbs, I do feel that my balance, flexibility and strength to body weight ratio is such that I can hop a couple fences in a row if the need arises; dog or no dog.

Weighted Body weight exercises are a beautiful thing.

Just finished a killer workout and I'm feeling good.

Also something to note - I'm somebodies Grandfather.
