One of the greatest moment in life is realizing that two weeks ago, your body could not do what it just did.

Will is skill.

Man, wish I would heal faster. March seems right around the corner and I have to pick up that paddle. Doc told me last Friday that I can start PT in a couple of weeks.

I hear ya -

Perhaps keep in mind that we are always offered Exactly ONE opportunity to rehab every injury right the first time.

After that, everything else is Damage Control.

Stay the course my friend - it should pay dividends in the long run.

d**n son, that's serious dedication.

I'm retired and mtnbike every morning, 3 miles after coffee, rain or snow.

Keep it up as the reward for being physically fit is paramount for overall health.

I'm not you but close. Lol

Good on you for keeping it rolling.  Personally, it's always an uphill battle but I revel in the challenge.  Didn't really know what I'd be capable of at 60, but I enjoy finding out.

YOU have some catching up to do? I'm 60 as well and no where near the condition @A-Jayis in. I keep kidding the wife that my 'six-pack' is turning into a 'pony-keg'.

Lol, blame it on the Minnesota winter.

Don’t feel bad. I’m 43 and I have some catching up to do myself. I’m probably getting more at keg level

than pony keg. Feels like a long time since the six pack.

I have to get back on top of fitness myself. There are literally hundreds of reasons it’s a good idea, both physical and psychological. Easy to fall off the fitness wagon. Thanks @A-Jay for reminding me that I have no excuses.

I know...I gotta do this too. Set up a plan, then stick to it.

That’s the deal. It’s that initial plan and the discipline following it to the point it becomes routine. Once it’s routine it’s almost harder to not do it.

Been sticking to the plan.

Keeping it basic and functionally beneficial.

My Balance & Flexibility are decent.

But more importantly, my knees, hips, lower back, shoulders & elbows all feel good.

Would Really like to keep that going for as long as I can.

Man oh man oh man ..... truer words were never spoken!  Sometimes we choose to do stupid things that make us want to live in What-Ifs-ville for the rest of our lives. That's bad, 'cause that's a town that has all dead-end streets.    ☹️     jj

Wow .... keep it up you all.  Stacked bricks for hour and half....did some hill walking.  Went in for second eval of the chemo/rad....doc was a princess...said I'm in top ten percent for an old fart going through this stuff.  Kinda makes me feel good....tired....but good.  Not a chair person....maybe in ten years when I am lucky enough to turn eighty....NOT.

A-Jay, I certainly can't or don't do your routine but I do get a good bit of exercise. I do carts 2 half days at a busy golf course which I get in a lot of walking. When I don't work, I race-walk (can't run due to a bad knee) every day I get a chance plus I do stretches and do the bands. I'm about to turn 69 in a few months, when your this old you have to keep moving. I figure the more I am in shape, the more fishing I can get in. keep up your work, you're doing great!!!
