Super User A-Jay Posted Sunday at 12:27 AM Author Super User Posted Sunday at 12:27 AM Completed Giant Set Workout Day 4 today Went as well as could be expected under the current circumstances. I would also like to mention in passing that it takes a certain level of commitment to hit the home gym every other day (alone) and put in an effort that will actually make a difference and not simply go through the motions. Now add training in a 47 degree dark space. Seems sort of demented. The results make it worth it. #borninfiftynine A-Jay 2 Quote
IYAOYAS Posted Sunday at 11:27 AM Posted Sunday at 11:27 AM Congrats! I spent 4 years in a wheelchair after being injured in the military. I was 400 lbs by the time I decided I wasn't going to die in that chair. Through sheer will and determination I got myself out of that chair and I worked my butt off and lost 100 pounds. I feel better now than I have in a long time. He is a before and after for the naysayers. 3 Quote
