Been doing 6 days a week for the last 9 weeks in the PPL program I’m doing.
Tomorrow I plan on starting week 10 and going the full 6 days.

Perhaps consider slipping in an off day right in the middle.

So 3 days on, an off day, and then 3 more days on.

Improvement comes with rest, not while we're in the gym.

Hope you can feel better soon.

Workout Day 3 today.

Been trying to stay on track with my training days and fishing days.

Don't really want to miss either of both (if any).

So far so good.

Workout Day 5 on this raining Sunday.

There's no replacement for consistency.

Day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year.

Make the time & do the work.

Back around to Workout day 1 today.

Been eating pretty good & sleeping a little better, so going into this one, I felt like kicking it up a notch.

So I did.

Workout Day 2 today.

While I'll grind through them all, Day 2 is a fan favorite for me.

Well, except for the Step Back Lunges.

They can be a little brutal sometimes.

Workout Day 3 today.

Ran out of time and had to skip the core work.

I'll get over it.

Workout Day 5 today.

Always feels good getting through each one of these five training cycles.

Looking forward to my off day tomorrow.

Might even take an extra one if the fishing's decent.

Either way, I'll be ready for the next one.

Well, the fishing was anything but decent,

so I did not take an extra day off.

Back in the home gym for workout Day 1.

Going into this one, I didn't feel like I was at my best.

But I dropped it into 4 wheel low

and powered through best I could.

Workout Day 2 today.

The benefits of living this life style are many and can not be over stated.

If you're not exercising regularly, I sincerely hope

you'll consider making it a part of your life.

It's never too late.

Workout Day 3 today.

This one felt pretty good and I hope to keep that going.

Local weather is going to be fisherman friendly next two days, so you know where I'll be.

Hard water will be here soon.

Expect to train again on Friday.

Workout Day 1 today.

Had to squeeze this one in late afternoon.

Not my favorite time of day to train,

but certainly wasn't going to blow it off.

Yup ~ Still making it happen.

Workout Day 2 today.

Switched up the repetition sequence on this one.

Added some 1 and 1/2 reps to the deal.

Always a good time.

Looks like a fishing weekend so I might take an extra day or two off.

Before heading to Lake Menderchuck to make my assault on the local Smallmouth bass population,

I knocked out Workout Day 3.

Went well and I'm feeling it this morning.

Not sure how long this old bag of bones can keep this going.

But so far so good.

Been going still not as consistent as I was though were super short staffed at work. My only chance to go is before work so I get up at 0145 during the week and hit the gym 0230-0400 then get to work before 0500. Some days I hit snooze to many times haha. Tough when fiancé works 1900-2300 and I just get short naps in while she’s at work with our daughter needing me.

started a new program like I’ve been doing. Not new but finished the 10 week ppl program now doing the 12 week FML program again and half way through week 3. It’s a 5 day week program. Chest/calves, back, legs, shoulders/traps, arms/abs. Alternating weeks high rep then low rep high weight.

I’m definitely seeing progress and improvement my weight is kinda staying consistent. I dropped 25lbs when I started this life style I’m back up some where I’m fluctuating 205-210.

when I started this life style

I say stick with it best you can, and don't kid yourself.

Either you're doing it, or your not.

Consistency is a big part of it and IMO,

the Secret Sauce.

Don't be this guy.

Workout Day 5 on this brisk Saturday afternoon.

Some days when I step into the home gym,

I feel like I just want to break something.

This was one of this days.

Workout Day 1 this time.

Went for a 20 reps per set deal.

Haven't done that one in a while.

Almost always ends up more intense than I expect it to be.

This one certainly was.

Tried to go this morning before work and turned alarm off instead of hitting snooze. Woke got out of bed what I thought was 2am grabbed my phone to get ready to go and realized it was 354am and I have to be to work at 5am so no gym this morning.

got out of work early only had a 8hr day as opposed to my usual 10-13 hr days. Went to the gym after work and that was a huge mistake. Gym was packed then got more packed when highschool kids got out of school. Only managed to get 3 exercise is for chest today incline dumbbell, incline smith and flat barrel press. Kept having people walk past me as I was doing barrel press and had to stop mid rep so didn’t hit them they were so close. I packed up and left after 25 minutes.

Might go to the gym that’s in the school while my daughter is at cheer practice. Get a little more in hopefully I’ve never been to this one just heard there’s one at the school and it has cables I’ve heard.
