Hey all. John here. I recently just got back into fishing over the summer since my two toddler girls expressed interested. I used to fish in high school but I'm pretty much starting over now. And now I'm addicted!

Since I've gotten started over the summer, I've been getting skunked quite a bit, which brings me here. So I realize I have a whole lot to learn and hoping this is the right place to learn. I've mostly been going to man-made lakes and ponds in the Macomb area.

Looking forward to learning here and I'm open to all beginner tips and feedback!

Welcome aboard, John!

This is absolutely the right place to learn.

I'll give you a little tip which will likely help put

you on some fish - it's called the Ned rig. Do a

search in the forum, you'll see what I mean.
