Does anyone have a Skeg Replacement Size Chart?

I damaged my 150 HP Mercury Outboard EFI 2000 .... lost half of it.

I can have a replacement made and welded on but not exactly sure of its dimensions.

Thank you.

Thanks Toxic .... I did review that option.

I have a steel fabrication division in my shop so getting it fixed is the easy part. I just want to make sure i have the dimensions correct.

I think the cases and skeg are an alloy right?  Just remember to take precautions for heat sink on the case which would trash any number of seals.  I know it's pretty common to re weld them but if it's gone someone is going to have to measure theirs for you.

Yes .... it is cast aluminum.

We took extreme caution not to overheat the seals.

Now I have to decide where to cut the bottom tip off.

Thanks again for the advice .... greatly appreciated.
