Took my year old Tracker 190 out this week, and after about 6 hours on an electric only lake (so no back splashing at all) I turned my bilge pump on and it ran for 7 minutes straight with a strong stream. I don't know the gallons per minute rate of the pump, but even so, this seems like way too much water in my bilge. Or am I just being paranoid?

Assuming that you did not have any water in there to start the day, it should be completely dry. Sounds to me like you have a hose leaking, maybe the one that fills up your live well. Pumping for 7 minutes is a good bit of water.

Close livewell drain and put some water in it. Plug the aerator fill at the back of the boat somehow and run water BACK from livewell. If any water gets in the bilge area you know if a hose is leaking.

Called BPS today and they said any leak will be covered under warranty, but to first try out a different plug to make sure it isn't leaking there. A possible $5 fix will save everyone a bit of a headache...
