Looking for new Squarebill Crankbaits and I am interested in either the Bass Pro Shop XPS Square Bill or The Academt H20 CRS Squarebill. Does anyone have any experience with these baits? And if so which one is the better crankbait?

Academy has a reputation for quality "house brand" baits, BPS is hit or miss for me personally.

Does that go for the Cabelas "Mean Eye" Squarebill as well?

Don't know about BPS or Cabela's but I have about a dozen H2O express cranks. They are a great value in my opinion.  The CRS is great.  I think I have at least 5 of them.

I like to use my Academy cranks on the river since if I lose them on a snag they aren't a big deal to replace.  And they catch fish and have decent hooks on them.

I have a couple of the BPS squarebills.  They seem to be pretty sturdy, and run straight, but I have yet to catch a fish on them.

H20 Xpress is head and shoulders above BPS brands in my opinion.  I have several H20 Xpress cranks that I use regularly, especially the CRS and CRS+.  My BPS cranks never see the water anymore.

Academy has the best house brand line of fishing gear I've found. Their squarebills are the main ones I carry.
