Which do you prefer between Megastrike and Pro-Cure gel?

Thanks!

Sorry, but never heard of Pro-Cure gel.

I use MegaStrike and it works for me.

Other guys have their favorites, too.

it boils down to confidence in your scent.

I like the Megastrike also.  Sometimes I use Bang when I don't want my hands smelling like Megastrike.

Megastrike, but I would pay a dollar more if they put a flip top cap on it.  I have a bought three or four different brands of toothpaste trying to find one with a cap that will fit.

Megastrike and Smelly Jelly (Garlic)

Sometimes I would rub the Smelly Jelly Garlic on my neck to get extra scent for my wife when I get home from fishing :)

I tried pro cure for a while and Liquid Mayhem and Atlas Mike's before that both outperformed pro cure by a wide margin.

Liquid Mayhem has the flip cap, and if is really nice. Surprised megastrike doesn't have it, knowing my luck I would drop the cap in the water lol.

Sure, but what exact flavor and size?  That is why I keep changing brands every time I have to buy a new tube, I have yet to find the magic one.

I bought a pair of Hudds to try out and to keep them lubed I cut off a small chunk of kitchen sponge and keep in a plastic bag soaked in Megastrike, it makes it really simple to re-lube the lure every so often, I might just switch to that method for everything.

I use Megastrike but what is really strange, I just bought some Colgate toothpaste today in the 6 oz size, in the fresh mint. Sure enought, the flip cap fits. I don't think I have ever bought Colgate. Don't tell my wife I tried the toothpaste cap on the ms. :D

Pro -Cure is the best scent/swimbait lube on the market , PERIOD !!! i use crawfish , rainbow trout , trophy bass , and shad . this stuff stays on the lure and is made of what is on the label . i use it for plastics , swimbaits , and even crankbaits .

@lectricbassman ~ not that there was any doubt, I just did the fit check and it looks like a 'winner' !

What a great idea.

As much as I use this stuff, (the scent & the tooth paste - but not at the same time) I'll admit to feeling a little like a knucklehead for not getting on this earlier.

It's one of those little things that's worth the effort.

Thank You.

Like Megastrike a lot. However had an issue with the back end of the tube leaking product. Contacted the company and never heard back. At $8 a tube I just chalked it up as a defective product or something that got through quality control. Have bought another tube since then but was less than impressed with their customer service.

I also like Smelly Jelly in the tubes in the liquid form, specifically the bait fish flavor. Use it on flukes all the time.

Pro Cure trout is a mainstay for dedicated big swinbaits. I don't know any swimbait anglers who use Megastrike. Smaller soft plastic s, worms and craws, MegaStrike is a popular attractant.

Oh man, I had totally discounted that type of cap, I was looking for this style;

@Bobby Uhrig, the people are crying out for flip-caps!  Heck, add a flip-cap, put a racing red stripe on the tube, and sell it as the "Pro Edition" for a buck fifty more!

Kicker--send me your address-I have tubes here for ya--

Just a quick story

I had a guy 2 years ago calling up our office -my secretary said "Bobby you have an irate customer on the phone" so I answer and say "yes sir can I help you?'' He started barking off by saying I have a problem with your tube of Megastrike-I said Ok I'm listening --He said the back end opened up and went all over my boat - I said what happened -He said I stepped on it-- I said how much you weigh -he said 240 I said ya fat bass$%$  no wonder it broke-- he started laughing-and  I sent him 3 new tubes--Now he calls me once a month just to shoot the $hit--

Also a fan of Pro-Cure... seems to be really popular out west but maybe not so much in the south and east.
