My first impression was the plain one looks more natural, but then I was thinking the red-headed one could pass as an injured fish.

Personally I like the top   one better . I never had success with the white and red top water baits .

I've fished red plastics, but not of hard plastics yet.

At one time a lot of top waters were white with a red front , so they are good fish catchers , I just havent done well with them . Its probably just a confidence thing
