So I was telling my girlfriend I was thinking about selling my 7'1" MH Mojo casting rod and PQ1 to purchase another Tatula rod. She tells me to give it to her and teach her how to use it,and just buy the Tatula.Odds are I'll sell the combo and give her the cranking stick to learn on,but man, what a woman.?

That was so nice of your girlfriend to allow you to spend your own money on a new rod.

Haha she can buy whatever she wants

I hear you. Sounds like a recipe for happiness as long as it isn't abused.

I am a spender and my wife is a saver. I would have nothing if it wasn't for her. Best thing I ever did was marry an accountant. I tell her all the time Togo buy something nice for herself. She made might take me up on it once a year and it's usually to buy a Vera Bradley bag on clearance.

My wife and I have the agreement that we can each buy whatever we want, as long as it's within reason and we make sure it isn't going to cause any financial strain.

@MassBassin508 I do most of the cleaning and all the cooking in our house too. Not that my wife won't, I just hate the house being messy, and I enjoy cooking. I can't relax if the house is a wreck, which is unfortunate with a 3 year old tearing around the house like a Tasmanian Devil.

I do all of the cooking and cleaning at my house. I'm a good cook and I like things clean, nothing wrong with that. A lot of tough guys on this site, don't let them bother you.
