Just got a glimpse of the newly redesigned Legend Tournaments.  No more sk2 reel seats and different guides.  I'm pretty excited!

You and me both, I could not stand those reel seats (spinning). Will definitely try out these new rods.

I feel like a kid on Christmas!! They are my favorite rod series and I was expecting to see them upgrade the series seeing how they already upgraded the Avids and Legend Elites. And is that a 7'4 MH I see? They've finally answered my prayers!!

Looks like the seats from the Legend Elite.  Great on the spinning rods.  Looks like the changed the seat on the casting  rods from the elite so your fingers aren`t constantly rubbing exposed threads.

Same for the casting?  The Legend Elite reel seats are awesome.

I don't like the exposed threads on the Elite Casting rods.  Love the rods, tolerate the casting reel seats.  When you palm the reel, your fingers are often in contact with the exposed threads.  The reel seats on the new LTB rods seem to solve that problem.  Avid X rods have no exposed threads.
