Yes, I'm at that ripe age where I need readers to tie a knot. Is anyone using the glasses with reader lenses? What brand would you recommend? I'm a cheapskate, but not above buying a good pair because i know I'll use them a lot going forward.

I use Maui Jim readers. They are comfortable, light weight and good polarized sun glasses. You can find them for about $150.00 if you hunt around.

I used reading glasses for years. I used flip ups over my sunglasses like these. I thought they were great. Flip them up out of the way when you don't need them.

My dad always did the opposite. He's use flip-up sunglasses over his prescription glasses.

I've been looking for the same thing.

I have sunglasses with reader lenses but they aren't polarized.

I'm about to pull the trigger from this site but can't vouch for them yet.

Very inexpensive but then again so were my regular sunglasses and they work great.

If you use reading glasses and haven't used the bifocal glasses, try to find some to try on before you buy. I tried the sunglasses with the built in readers and hated them. That's why I went to the flip ups.

Hydrotac/OptX 20/20 stick on readers work great on standard polarized sunglasses.

My daughter got me some at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods section.  I am wearing them instead of my Costas and doing fine.

I bought a pair from eBay for $30 and they have worked pretty well for me. I just couldn't see spending $100-$200.

These have a pretty flexible temple unlike a few others I looked at which had a stiff/sharp temple that seemed uncomfortable.

They have some at BPS for about $30 if I remember what I paid for mine. You could choose Brown or grey lenses and the magnification was available in numerous strengths with each color.

Reasonable, good enough quality and available at the eyewear counter.
