mherak Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 I'm addicted to tackle but struggle to find a decent option as a Canadian to shop online. I've order a few things from Tackle Warehouse but I just get destroyed by the shipping costs. Any recommendations? Quote
Zach Winn Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 Where are you located? I'm in New Brunswick and do tackle Warehouse from time to time but try and make my orders worth it. Usually for Zman stuff and other stuff not common in Canada. Gagnon sports in Ontario has a good online selection but I've only ever shopped in store there. Quote
mherak Posted June 29, 2017 Author Posted June 29, 2017 I'm in Toronto, I do the Tackle Warehouse haul sometimes but with the customs fees and forcing me to use UPS is comes to quite a bit most of the time. Never tried Gagnon Sports ill check it out. Thanks! Quote

Tackle shops in New Brunswick are pretty much Canadian tire. Quote
Mark888 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Im near Toronto too. I order for TWH once a year or so, but other then that i go to gagnon sports in Oshawa or Sail. Quote
joe chum Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Mostly TW. The odd time at BPS and another site, Cabelas Canada. I'd like to order more from Canadian retailers but their websites are very limited to what they actually stock. Quote
bigturtle Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 ProJ carries some harder to find items but is very costly. BassCity in markham is a good choice, as well as Sail. As far as online is concerned, I order all my tackle from ebay or various japanese sites. Quote
Attila Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 @mherak I'm fortunate to live down the street from Pro J and their selection is off the hook; lots of great, hard to find items. Easy to spend a lot of money there. I work at Bass Pro, so in that respect I'm fortunate in that there is really no lure that I can't buy if I need one. A quick search online brought me to Fishing World in Hamilton; they ship within Canada and carry some decent gear. While I've never used them before, it could be worth checking out. Quote
