Super User .ghoti. Posted June 16, 2017 Super User Posted June 16, 2017 We haven't done this in awhile, and we have a lot of new members, so here we go. What's the scoop with your screen name? Some are obvious, some not at all. I'll start rough women's lotion ---gh---o----------ti ---f-----i-----------sh Clever, eh? Wish I lived up to it. The one that baffles me is Angry John. I've had several voice, text and email exchanges with the man, and I have to say he is about as far from angry as can be. I'm more inclined to call him Gentleman John. So, amigo. Wassup wit da name 5 Quote

Super User scaleface Posted June 16, 2017 Super User Posted June 16, 2017 After several unsuccessful tries with other names Scaleface just popped into my head . No meaning at all . I since learned it was a female character in Marvel comics . My name in fantasy football is SlimyBottomSucker . Something I got from a crossword puzzle . 4 Quote

Super User flyfisher Posted June 17, 2017 Super User Posted June 17, 2017 mine is kind of a play on flyfisherman since that is what i like to do. I intentionally put it as flyfisher since I am pretty sure it isn't even a word as a play against the high brow nature/stereotype of a lot of people who fly fish. It's also a name I use on pretty much every board i am a member of. Quote
Dens228 Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Part of first name, last initial, and there were 227 with the same before me! Quote

Super User Columbia Craw Posted June 17, 2017 Super User Posted June 17, 2017 I've never eaten a hot dog. Oops, wrong thread. It's just a color pattern for the Normans crankbait I throw often on the Columbia River. I couldn't come up with something that lead to a conspiracy theory involving the bass fishing, the Illuminati, the Free Masons, Hitler's bunker and Area 51 so this just had to do. 5 Quote
jr231 Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 I tried to use FisherJ..and it was taken. By whom? I've never seen them speak.. so I used letters from my name. And the numbers are for an area code in Michigan. A place that will always be home. @Jar11591 I knew what your numbers were cuz mine are real similar. 4 Quote
