Haven't tried that exact combination, but I do put Rage Craws and Paca Craws on shaky heads. Pretty killer for smallies. I bet a double tail hula grub would work pretty darn well too.

I probably have . I dont know the correct ways to use all the jig heads and soft plastics . I have shakey heads. mushroom heads and all kinds of other heads in my box .I have heads and jigs most of you have never seen , everyone catches fish .

That's a river and stream smallie-killer. No reason it shouldn't work just as well anywhere else for both green and brown fish.

I did once caught one bass not too long ago. I use owner ultra head not reg shakey head. The only thing is body of hula grub pretty shot so you might have to get finesses shakey head type.

Shakyhead, T rig, C rig, swinging football head, yeah they work on all of them. I prefer the shakyhead over the standup heads you're "supposed" to fish them on. Put them on the football screwlock shakyhead and drag them around gravel, smallie magnet.
