Seem to recall my grandfather having something similar that he used in the late seventies (1978/1979) for pan fishing.  Sorry couldn't be of more assistance.

Easy, the one on the left is an index finger, the one on the right and below is a thumb.

Welcome to the forum. That little jig looks like it would catch some nice fish.

Looks like a tapered tube head that someone tied some crystal flash onto, probably a homemade or small batch bait.
