Broken reel

I took my reel apart and now the handle will turn but the spool won't, does anyone know how to fix this

Make sure the yoke holding the pinion is right side up(beveled sides face down) and that the drag stack is correct and not slipping. Other than those things I'll need to see it.

First thing....tighten the drag.
