Tyler Schmidt Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 After 4 trips to, lets call it lake "x", this is where I will catch a DD and hopefully a teener. I've lost a couple good ones, one I wish I saw, and have caught 2 over 6 and a 7. Each trip I learn a little more about this lake. 4 Quote
Gotfishyfingers? Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 WTG!!! By the looks of the white bellies on those fish, they've been deep for a while... Just curious, how deep were you fishing? Quote
Tyler Schmidt Posted June 12, 2017 Author Posted June 12, 2017 I followed the same school for about 3 weeks from 14ft to 20ft. Haven't been able to get out there in 2 weeks, I suspect they will be holding in 24-28ft now but I will find out this weekend. Quote

No, I got tired of losing a $25 bait so I started ordering the Savage Gear 3D trouts. For $10 each it isn't nearly as painful when I lose one. It has a different tail kick, a more violent tail action. They seem to be more durable, I have bent a hook out on a fish unfortunately. Hudds have a better, more realistic color selection 1 Quote
