That’s must be one mean plopper you’re slinging!!

Must have a stainless steel prop. ?

Caught many fish with them. Mine twisted the line badly until I looked and cleaned the grass from between the tail section and the main lure. As long as I keep that section clean I don’t have any problems.

Pretty much all mine 90's needed new hooks after 2-3 bass.  Beyond that I replaced the hooks on my 130's because they just didn't seem sharp at all.

These baits are known for the debris problem with the prop. You must get in the habit of checking the prop regularly. As an insurance to avoid line twist, I use a high quality swivel/split ring combo. I change hooks on every bait except 6th Sense.

I'm not impressed with ploppers. I own one, it's better at creating line twist than it is at catching fish. I'll tie on a zman t-rigged hard leg frogz, have a similar action and be able to cover 2x's as much area without the prop or the bait hanging up.

I posted this some time ago and have since started using the buzz toads as well.  I've landed some serious hawgs with those things and no need to worry about a treble hook!! ??

I've really warmed up to the 110 and 75, I did have to make a couple of mods for my liking. The 90 is junk, and the others meh at best.

I bought a 90 first. I had a couple good days on it. Then I tried the 110. I've used it every since. I do need to get a 75. I ordered a couple Chinese knockoffs in 110 size. Amazon shipped me 90 size. I complained and they refunded me and said keep the 90s. So now I have 3 90s but much prefer the 110.
