Are there any alternatives to the LIVETARGET Golden Shiner Swimbait? The shiner in my area look more silver than gold (I've caught a few in a cast net to get a good look) with redish fins.

Savage Gear Shine Glide. I'd still suggest the gold/black, but with your shiners being that color, you might also take a look at the Hitch color.

Try the Huddleston Weedless Shad (Golden Shad - pictured). I have been tossing the Green Shad version with pretty good success. With a sensitive rod you can feel the tail kicking.

Real prey. Joe will paint it however you like and will last MANY fish. It's molded from a real shiner as well.

x2, I have a real prey golden shiner and it's great. The way he paints them they won't peel like a hudd and they're the most durable soft plastic I've ever used.
