I like the 5.8". Kalamazoo, Mi area.

What weight of the wacky jig do you like?

I prefer the 4 inch version.  Not sure what weight I use as far as the jig goes.  I've tried a couple jigs but prefer the jackal flick shake jigs

4.8" worm with either a 1/16 or 3/32oz jighead.

Those are my favorite as well but they are not cheap. I have started making some from a modified Do-It mold that look promising. Using a size 1 or 1/0 5318 Owner lite wire hook with 17lb titanium leader wire as the weedguard.

Thanks guys I wanted to get some line before the TW sale ended so I threw a few packs of flick shake worms and some jigheads on the order so I could get the free shipping.  Very economical that way ;)

The Zappu heads are the ones I prefer, though we also use the standard Do-it mold with the Mustad hook.  You just have to pay attention to the hook point.  They roll easily.  That's probably why @Munkin modified the mold to use a better hook.

Here is one of the jigheads I made for flick shakes.

I had problems with the original Do-It molds where the hooks bent out and the wire guatds broke using a ml rod and a 6lb line.
