So, here's a win-win: I ordered one rod, the 610 medium, but was shipped two!

 

 Here's the confusing part however... 1 of them was repackaged and probably used, and they have slightly different weight and significantly diff actions. 

 

  As both are marks the same and look exactly the same it's impossible to tell which is what. 

I'm wondering if daiwa had missed labeled one of them as either the medium heavy X-fast or the medium light. The only other possibility is batch variation, which I find less likely. 

 

  Can anyone pls comment as to these possibilities, and how one might determine which is what? As mentioned visually, they are identical.

Just noticed the Most subtle difference, one is about a millimeter  shorter than the other. Lol

Take the tip of the rods and bend them. DO they have different power/ actions?

Ones definitely stiffer than the other.

none of the guides line up exactly. Note one on left longest overall.
