Caught this one a while ago and was wondering what you guys think it weighed since I didn't weigh it.

Did you get a length or girth?

Without those, I'd guess around 3.5-4 pounds, a very stocky fish.

No idea but nice fish. If she is around 20" and being that chubby I would say not less than 3.5#. Thats a guess from my experience. I would love to catch them all day long like that. Good luck good fishing.

Since you didn't weigh it, it can be anything.

I think it may be a little heavier than previous estimates.  4 + a few ounces?

It was 18.5in, I caught one the next day at 18in but weighed 4.41 and was not nearly as fat, for some reason it won't let me upload it

Wow, 18" and 4.41 pounds is crazy fat and this one was even fatter? I caught a super fat 20" smallmouth several years ago that was 5 on the nose.

Yea there really fat right now!

Caught him again yesterday! Weighed 4lbs. The other one that was 4.41 must have been on ounces or something. Thank you guys though!

Well since you're just below the Anoka Rum River Dam...judging by the pic and you aren't extending it out to fake its size. I'd say between 3.5-4 lbs. Between the Main St Bridge and the pedestrian bridge I caught a 5 lb 1 oz Smallie in 2014. Biggest smallmouth to date, then 1 month later caught another 5 lb 1 oz smallmouth up in Dayton where the Crow comes into the Mississippi River. Best fishing year I've had yet. Both caught on a Storm Arashi Wake bait, seen in the bottom middle pic.

Yea I never extend my arm out. I like to show how big it is compared to me. Nice fish! How long was it?
