I may end up just doing that. Like I said, I'll be tossing the occasional top water so if and when I do I'll plan ahead and bring another setup. Or another reel like @CroakHunter suggested.

Really liking the new Rippin' Mono.  I've been testing 12#.  For all purpose, you might want to step up to 15# for all purpose, depending on your cover.

Stay with the Sniper FC, you like it. If you plan to use top water simply add fly line dressing to about 3' of the end of the line near the lure and the line shouldn't sink and affect the lures action.
